It's Steph Wells from "Mike & Steph in the Morning" on B104! We've been hanging out together weekday mornings since July 2010. I have a 5 year old son, Nick. Recently I announced that I'm expecting. By the time this little one is born, there will be close to a 6 year age difference. EEK! Join me here on the B104 Baby Blog as I navigate my way through the ups and downs of being pregnant. For a number of reasons, I feel like this is going to be a totally different experience from when I was pregnant with Nick.
Please feel free to respond to anything you see posted here or you hear us talk about on the show. Your input is greatly appreciated! Enjoy the page!

If you eat rice or you're feeding your infant rice cereal, here is a story you may want to read.
Believe it or not, just because a woman's visibly pregnant DOESN'T give you the right to touch her belly without asking first.
--According to a survey by Huggies diapers, 70% of American mothers say at least one person touched their pregnant belly without asking.
--And while they didn't ask how many of them were IRRITATED by that, we're guessing it's close to 100%.
--The survey also said 67% of mothers now announce their baby's name to the majority of their friends and family on their FACEBOOK WALL.
I don't actually know why I ever waited to try a prenatal massage. I had my first one yesterday and let's say it was so good that I fell asleep on the table. It got me thinking of other treats that we may be denying ourselves as pregnant women. Treats are not limited to just the foods we indulge in while "with child". You should also consider continuing your mani/pedi routine (if that's what you do) or going for a bikini wax (after awhile you're gonna need it....) or any other bodily treat that will make you happy and relaxed. With 15 weeks left in my pregnancy, I plan to fully indulge in as many bodily treats as possible.
By the way, tomorrow on the B104 Ladies Room we'll be talking to Bonnie from Hand and Stone Massage Spa. That's where I went for my massage :) Check them out here.
