Chef Palomino from Pacifico and B104's Mike & Steph, have teamed up to raise money and awareness for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) by doing a cooking demo! Succulent food and drink! Event will be held at Pacifico located at the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley!

 - Yellow Fin tuna coconut Lemongrass Ceveche
 - Caramelized Lamb Chops w/ Balsamic Vinaigrette
 - Seared REd Snapper with Quinoa, Sweet Plantain & Spinach Salad
 
Dessert:

 - Raspberry Frangelico Yogurt Parfait
