Prize pick up days and hours are Monday through Friday between 8a-5p (not open holidays or weekends). It's always a good idea to call the office to make sure that your prize is ready for pick up at 610-434-1742.
Things to note when picking up a prize:
* Our front desk is located on the 4th Floor of the Sunburst Office Bldg. Please enter the building from the side facing the Ramada Inn (& the apartments)... if you do not see an elevator in the lobby when you enter, you have entered on the wrong side. You cannot get into the building from the side closest to Rt. 22.
* YOU MUST BRING A VALID PHOTO ID WHEN PICKING UP YOUR PRIZE; MINORS (17 and younger) MUST HAVE THEIR PRIZE PICKED UP BY A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN; ONLY PRIZE WINNERS CAN PICK UP THEIR PRIZES; WINNERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT STATION PRIZE PAPERWORK, INCLUDING A W9 FORM (which includes your Social Security #); YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU WON TO PICK UP YOUR PRIZE; Additional prize questions... call 610-434-1742 and ask for Mandy.
