USHER'S 11-year-old stepson Kyle was struck in the head by passing jet ski while riding on an inner tube on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, GA.

We’re now getting word that Kyle has been declared brain dead by doctors following the accident... according to TMZ. 

Kyle Glover (son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster) has not experienced any brain activity since he was admitted to the hospital.

ERNEST BORGNINE, the legendary actor perhaps best known for his role in the movie "Marty," passed away today at the age of 95.

His longtime spokesman, Harry Flynn, told AP that Borgnine died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with his family by his side.

Borgnine won an Oscar for "Marty" in 1955 and also starred in movies such as "From Here to Eternity" and "Bad Day at Black Rock.”  On the small screen, Borgnine played Quinton McHale in the 1960s show "McHale's Navy."

Borgnine served a total of 10 years in the United States Navy, the last four coming after he re-enlisted when the U.S. entered World War II.

Congrats to KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN and SCOTT DISICK.  The pair welcomed their second child, a girl, to the world early Sunday, E! Online reports. Her name is Penelope Scotland Disick.

Grandmother KRIS JENNER reports that Penelope looks just like her big brother Mason and that Kourtney had "an easy delivery."

Spinning a very strong web at the box office, MARC WEBB'S "Amazing Spider-Man" had a six-day domestic opening of $140 million.  Worldwide, the 3D reboot has earned $341.2 million in its first week, including $201.6 million internationally.
