It happened over the weekend.Nine former idol contestant said they were suing idol for being racist. Athough Fox and "Idol"producers have yet to respond to the allegations. Four "American Idol" finalists from different seasons, two of whom are black have. All  insisting that  the singing competition is many things but racist is NOT one of them.
TMZ broke the story ... nine black ex-contestants are planning to sue
"Idol" producers, claiming the contestants were publicly disqualified
based on their dubious criminal backgrounds ... solely because they're
African-American.
But many finalist like Melinda Doolittle, Vonzell Solomon, Casey Abrams as well as  season 5 winner Taylor Hicks. All say that the allegations are false

Liberty Ross is divorcing Rupert Saunders because of his affair with Kristen Stewart. A source tells US Weekly, ''This was a long time coming. Rupert 'did want to try to repair the
relationship and didn't want a divorce' following his affair.'' A source
tells Hollywoodlife.com, “Liberty did all she could to try and save the
marriage, but in the end she thought it would be best to walk away. They just
couldn’t see eye to eye. Of course she is heartbroken, but the trust between
them was completely destroyed and Liberty was humiliated. Liberty is a strong
woman and will be just fine. Rupert is not taking it well at all. I can only
imagine how Kristen feels — that her actions contributed to the break-up of a
family.”
