Reese Witherspoon and ex Ryan Phillippe seem to have more and more in common including trouble unloading real estate.

However, Phillippe officially won the race to find a buyer for the home he’s selling. Just this week, the star closed the deal making $6 million.

Reese’s listing of her ranch made plenty of headlines back in September, it was the location of her 2011 wedding to Jim Toth and it served as hideout for her pal Robert Pattinson in the wake of girlfriend Kristen Stewart’s cheating scandal.

After listing the 7-acre property for $10 millionn and getting no bites, she is now offering the ranch for $7.25.
