Mary J. Blige's financial woes have QUADRUPLED – she already owed $900k to New Jersey.  Well apparently TMZ has learned that she has been slapped with a $3.4 MILLION bill from Uncle Sam.

The IRS filed a federal tax lien against the Grammy winner, claiming she failed to pay all her income taxes for the years 2009 to 2011.

Tax bill grand total: $3,426,255.43.

The IRS will have to take a number because Mary J still owes $901,769.65 in back taxes to the Garden State.  She is also being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $2.2 million bank loan and her charity is facing a lawsuit that claims it took out a $250k loan and never paid it back.

Aly Raisman arrived at Access Hollywood Live with a surprise extra guest yesterday - an official from the World Anti-Doping Agency, on hand to collect testing samples from the gymnast.

The 18-year-old gymnast said the drop-in tests are "random," but questioned their timing, as she's about to compete in the "DWTS" Season 16 finale.

Though inconvenient, Aly said she doesn't mind the surprise tests.

"I'm clean, so I don't have anything to worry about," she said, adding that she'll receive the results in "four to six weeks."

Co-host Savannah Guthrie announced on Monday's show she is engaged to marry her boyfriend of four years, Michael Feldman, who proposed over this Mother's Day weekend.

Guthrie, who was married (and divorced) once before, from 2005 to 2009 to BBC News presenter Mark Orchard, said she wouldn't let her wedding be broadcast on the show.

She later said,"Our families basically have been in-laws for years." "They've just been waiting for us to catch up."

The famed polo classic, to be held on June 1 at the Garden State's Liberty State Park, will boast Matthew McConaughey as one of its co-hosts, PEOPLE has learned exclusively.

Last year's event was hosted by Clive Owen, and the previous year Hugh Jackman was master of ceremonies. Even Prince Harry got in on the action when he played there in 2009 and 2010.

This year's match will benefit McConaughey's Just Keep LivinFoundation a charity started by the actor and his wife Camilla to empower high school students to lead active lives, and Liberty Park, which was damaged in Superstorm Sandy last fall.
