The celebrity diving competition otherwise known as ABC’s "Splash" continues on…this week it was Louie Anderson who faced the music.  His flip flopped this past Tuesday night.  The comedian stayed positive as he tackled the flip/somersault challenge by sort of rolling off the diving board backward. But in the end he was eliminated from competition, losing to fellow celeb Katherine Webb by a mere .25 of a point.

John Mayer has allegedly been texting Rihanna.

A source tells the Daily Star, “She was really shocked when she heard from John. Even though he’s been chasing for years, she thought it was far too soon after his split with Katy. Rihanna said his texts were very sexy and flirty, with him suggesting they’d have hours of fun together. He was very complimentary about her Twitter photos.”

That’s exactly what Chad Kroeger did when he proposed to Avril Lavigne.

In a recent interview with Ryan Seacrest she said, "The only thing that was weird was we usually go to the studio together and he had gone before me. And I have been making this scrapbook of my time in the studio with a Polaroid camera and the only thing that was weird was I walked into the studio and he was putting a picture in to the book and I was like 'What is he doing?' All of a sudden, I walk over and he had taken a photo of himself holding the ring box and put the Polaroid in my scrapbook and because I had stickers everywhere he put in, 'Will you marry me?' It was really romantic."

Jennifer Garner gets back into filmmaking this summer.  Her Oscar-winning husband, Ben Afflek, he will be holding down the fort.

Ben told People Magazine, "Jennifer is going to work and she told me to go to the gym."

That reference is aimed directly at Affleck's post-Oscar ice-cream diet that he has enjoyed in his down time after a very busy awards season.

Garner stars next in the film Dallas Buyers Club with Matthew McConaughey and will also begin work alongside Kevin Costner in the new film Draft Day about NFL football.
